Veteran's Memorial Skating Rink Insider Tips
- Ice Skates are available for rental at the price of $4
- While food and beverages are not allowed inside on or near the ice rink, but you may enjoy a snack and drink out in the lobby area. There is a snack bar on site and vending machines available in this area as well. You may also bring outside food with you when you visit.
- Definitely dress warmly. While protecting you from a chill inside the ice skating arena, extra layers will also protect your body if and when you fall onto the ice. Consider hats and gloves!
- Coupons and discounted rentals and admission is available. Call the rink to inquire about how to get them.
- Children under the age of 2 are free.
- There is a residency discount for West Hartford residents.
- Parking is free and can be found at the Aquatics Center Across the street from the rink.
