Veterans Park is a popular 90-acre park located in the city of Alabaster, Alabama, which is just 30 miles south of Birmingham. Its facilities include a skate park, two playgrounds, several baseball and softball fields, walking trails, picnic pavilions, batting cages, and extensive green spaces where families can fly kites, play soccer, and enjoy other outdoor activities. It's a great place to spend a day outside enjoying the beautiful Alabama weather.
Things to Do
- Take your little one to the park's two playgrounds, where they can slide, swing, and climb all day long.
- Practice your batting skills with a visit to the batting cages, or by using one of the park's many baseball and softball fields.
